1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

We do not accept returns for any other reasons, as we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) payment, and once the product has been delivered, it is considered final.
2. Return Process

Once we verify the issue, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the total order amount. Refunds will only be processed to the same address you provided during the order. Please note:

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after we confirm the return and inspect the product.

Refunds will be made using the same method as your original payment, which in this case, will be via Cash on Delivery (COD).
